Tender, vanilla-scented pears topped with ice cream and a luscious berry sauce are a festive finale for any meal.
A simple dessert that will please all ages. Be as festive as you like. Add whipped cream, shaved chocolate, chopped pecans, whatever.... Have fun.

- Put a piece of cake in 4 dessert bowls.
- Add a split banana, scoops of ice cream or yogurt, and drizzle on Billy's Blues.
- Add any or all of the additional toppings and serve.

4 slices purchased pound cake or angel food cake, lightly grilled or toasted
4 small bananas, split lengthwise
1 to 2 pints vanilla or strawberry ice cream or frozen yogurt
3/4 cup Sarabeth's Billy's Blues, strained, if desired
Shaved chocolate, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, whipped cream, etc.
